Job summary

Krystal is seeking a Shift Leader in a Georgia restaurant to support the store management team in daily operations and uphold the Brand Vision and Promise. This role trains and coaches A+ talent to achieve measurable results in people, customer satisfaction, sales and profit.

The Shift Leader will help ensure adherence to food safety standards, execute cash and inventory controls, and work with management on marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• ServSafe certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred with 1+ years restaurant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support store management in daily operations to meet Brand Vision and Promise.
• Train and coach A+ talent to improve People, Customer, Sales and Profit results.
• Model Krystal core values and ensure food safety standards during shifts.
• Collaborate with management to execute Performance Management and coaching.
• Assist with cash/security, inventory, labor and food control procedures.
