Job summary

Popeyes is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, coach and support team members, and ensure guests enjoy top-notch service and delicious food. You will lead by example, maintain a positive work environment, and help build a high-performing team. This role requires strong leadership, problem solving, and the ability to adapt to busy periods.

Weekend availability is a plus. You’ll be responsible for cash handling, scheduling support, and inventory control while upholding

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or retail environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable with cash handling, inventory tracking, and team supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations during your shift.
• Motivate, train, and develop team members to perform at their best.
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience through great service and food quality.
