Popeyes is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, coach the team, and ensure guests enjoy top-notch service and great food. You’ll guide staff, uphold standards, and keep the operation running smoothly from shift to shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or retail environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable with cash handling, inventory tracking, and team supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations during your shift
• Motivate, train, and develop team members to perform at their best
