Job summary

Popeyes is seeking an enthusiastic Shift Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, coach team members, and ensure guests enjoy great service and food.

You’ll lead by example, manage shift planning, cash handling, inventory, and create a positive, high-performing team in a fast-paced environment. You will train staff, monitor safety, handle deposits, support scheduling, and communicate clearly with crew and management to meet goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or retail environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable with cash handling, inventory tracking, and team supervision.
