Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility
• Basic business math and accounting skills
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic computer literacy
• Background checks required for management roles
• Must have reliable transportation
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs and stand 80% of shift

Responsibilities

• Run shifts and support the RGM with operating excellence.
• Take ownership, solve problems, and guide team members as needed.
• Ensure customer service and shift profitability through accurate scheduling and basic oversight of operations.
