Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group in Lexington, TN is seeking a Shift Leader to support the RGM by running great shifts with independence and ownership. You will solve problems, guide teammates, and help ensure smooth operations.

This role includes a shift differential for closers and benefits such as paid time off, health insurance, 401(k) with company matching, tuition assistance and scholarships, meal discounts, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit & Loss responsibility
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time

Responsibilities

• Support the RGM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner
• Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems; seek help from others when appropriate; provide guidance to others
