Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group, a Taco Bell franchisee, is seeking a Shift Leader in Utica, NY. You will support the RGM by running great shifts, taking ownership, solving problems, and guiding team members to deliver friendly, efficient service.

Requirements include 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility, basic math skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Background checks are required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit & Loss responsibility
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time
• Background checks are run on all management employees

Responsibilities

• Run great shifts in a self-sufficient manner to support the RGM
• Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems; seek help when appropriate
• Provide guidance to team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest service
