Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader for a Taco Bell franchise location in Batavia, NY. You will support the RGM by running great shifts, taking ownership, and solving problems with a self-sufficient approach.

Requirements include 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility, basic computer literacy, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs while standing most of the shift. This is a full-time, on-site role with benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit and Loss responsibility
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs and stand during 80% of shift
