Job summary

RPM Pizza is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store operations and shifts, delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the General Manager in daily tasks. The role involves upholding brand standards, training Team Members, and completing Domino’s and RPM training programs.

You will manage scheduling, labor, safety, and inventory, and help implement marketing and operational initiatives. This position requires a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old, 21+ to drive.
• Complete required RPM training and Pizza College courses.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation.
• Food safety certification as required by local regulations.
