Job summary

RPM Pizza is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store operations, oversee shifts, and deliver exceptional customer service while supporting the General Manager. You will train and guide Team Members, uphold brand standards, and complete Domino’s and RPM training programs.

You will also help with scheduling, safety, and daily operations, ensuring a positive work environment and high quality service. This role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older, 21 to drive.
• Successful completion of required RPM training (e.g., Freshman class).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with ownership.
• Operate all store equipment, including ovens and food preparation tools.
• Demonstrate time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Create a positive, fun, and engaging environment for customers and Team Members.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and organizational processes.
• Support marketing and operational initiatives.
