Job summary

Team Lyders is seeking a Shift Leader to support daily restaurant operations at our Taco Bell location. You will supervise team members during shifts, assist in training, and help maintain brand standards to deliver great guest experiences.

This part-time role requires strong communication and leadership, a willingness to work weekends/evenings, and the ability to solve problems in a fast-paced setting. Growth opportunities exist within the team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a restaurant leadership or training role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass a background screening and MVR check.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and extended shifts when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support team members during shifts.
• Assist with training and development of new and existing team members.

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Assist with administrative duties, including back-office organization.
• Audit CORE performance and provide coaching for improvement.
• Manage equipment maintenance and safety standards.
• Perform and oversee cash handling and daily banking tasks.
