Del Taco is seeking a Shift Manager to support the General Manager in delivering an outstanding guest experience. You will train and empower the team while ensuring compliance with safety, quality and service standards.

Qualifications

• Oversee guest service delivery and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Lead and develop restaurant team members, ensuring effective supervision.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Supervise team during shifts and support GM in policy execution.
• Record orders using POS and ensure accurate checkout.
• Monitor quality, safety, cleanliness and product preparation.
