Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in quick service restaurant environment with guest satisfaction focus.
• Ability to train and lead staff and partner with management.
• Experience handling POS systems and cash transactions.
• Willingness to follow company policies and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team and support RM in achieving quality, service, and safety goals.
• Run shifts and ensure policy execution and proper paperwork.
• Monitor labor, food cost, and cleanliness standards daily.
• Provide training and development to staff and handle staffing decisions.
• Communicate clearly with guests and maintain professional appearance.
