Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Team Leader to oversee shifts, coach Team Members, and foster an environment where guests and staff thrive. This role bridges Team Members and Directors by leading through example and developing others to ensure daily operational excellence.

The Team Leader is expected to own problems, maintain accountability, and uphold hospitality standards while preparing for future leadership opportunities. Excellent communication and teamwork are key.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
• Experience training or mentoring others is beneficial.
• Demonstrated reliability, strong work ethic, and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations by setting hospitality standards.
• Coach and develop Team Members through real-time feedback.
• Help train and onboard new Team Members.
• Maintain high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and ops.
• Identify and solve operational challenges with urgency.
• Support Directors by executing daily goals and improving team performance.
• Build positive relationships with guests and team members.
• Lead by example with professionalism, integrity, and servant leadership.
• Foster a positive, growth-focused culture.
