Team Lyders is seeking a Shift Leader for part-time roles in our New York area. You will support daily restaurant operations, train team members, and drive exceptional guest service while upholding brand standards. This role offers leadership growth and a chance to impact the community we serve.

As a Shift Leader, you will supervise crews, manage operations, and ensure a positive, inclusive workplace. Weekend and evening availability is required to meet store needs and maintain high performance.

Formación

• 1+ years of leadership or training experience in a restaurant setting.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support team members during shifts and trainings.
• Maintain brand standards and foster a positive, inclusive workplace.
• Set the tone for exceptional customer service and teamwork.
• Plan and deploy crew to meet brand standards; manage inventory and ordering.
• Audit CORE performance and coach for improvement; oversee cash handling and daily banking.
