Job summary

Team Lyders is seeking a part-time Shift Leader to support daily restaurant operations, mentor team members, and uphold our service standards. You will help maintain brand integrity and a positive work environment while contributing to leadership growth within the franchise.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to manage shifts, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. Weekend and evening availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a restaurant leadership or training role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to pass a background screening and MVR check.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and extended shifts when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support team members during shifts.
• Assist with training and development of new and existing team members.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, championing Team Lyders’ core values.
• Set the tone for exceptional customer service and teamwork.
• Deliver a Consistent Customer Experience by executing MIC Success Routine.
• Plan, direct, and deploy crew to meet brand and company standards.
• Manage product inventory and ordering to meet demand.
• Assess and coach team members for service excellence.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and equipment standards.
