Team Lyders is seeking a Part-time Shift Leader to support daily restaurant operations, supervise and train team members, and ensure exceptional service for guests.

You will help maintain brand standards, lead by example, and contribute to a positive work environment while advancing your leadership skills within the company.

This role offers weekend/evening shifts and opportunities to grow into higher roles as part of Team Lyders’ leadership development path.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in restaurant leadership or training roles.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and extended shifts.
