Job summary

Team Lyders is seeking a Part-time Shift Leader to support daily restaurant operations, train teammates, and uphold brand standards. You will supervise during shifts, assist with training, and foster a positive, inclusive work environment while delivering excellent guest service.

You must be 18+, have 1+ year leadership or training experience, and be able to pass background and MVR checks. Weekend/evening shifts are required; franchisee wage programs vary by location.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a restaurant leadership or training role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass a background screening and MVR check.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and extended shifts when necessary.
