Job summary

Caribou Coffee in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Shift Leader to guide the coffeehouse operations with the General Manager or Assistant General Manager. You will ensure brand standards, product knowledge, and guest connections during each shift.

You’ll coach the team, delegate tasks, and maintain safety, quality, and cash-handling procedures while delivering excellent guest experiences. This role offers growth opportunities and a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in a leadership role, or properly trained and approved to take on Shift Leader responsibilities.
• Shift Leaders are expected to maintain flexible availability due to business needs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Preferred: High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates mastery of every Team Member responsibility with confidence and excellence.
• Leads shifts with energy to keep the team engaged and the shift on track.
• Optimizes product sales while managing waste and maintaining an inviting environment.
