Qualifications

• Experience in food service or retail is preferred.
• Leadership experience is a plus.
• Ability to mentor teammates and ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Set the tone and energy on shift; welcome guests and lead the team.
• Assist with food preparation, inventory, and cash handling.
• Coach Crew Members and recognize good performance.
• Maintain clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant conditions.
• Support the manager and make sound shift decisions.
