Wingstop is seeking shift leaders in Villa Rica, GA to supervise shift operations, ensuring food safety, proper preparation, cleanliness, and adherence to Wingstop standards. You may work as cashier or cook while guiding a team.

You will train crew members, monitor inventory, enforce policies, and handle opening/closing tasks. Exceptional customer service is essential to maintain a positive guest experience.

Responsabilités

• Supervise the operations of a shift to ensure food safety, product preparation, cleanliness, and standards.
• Train newer crew members and oversee tasks and responsibilities.
• Practice inventory control and enforce store policies.
• Open and/or close the restaurant and meet required work hours.
• Manage and motivate the crew; ensure breaks are coordinated.
• Resolve customer issues with a positive attitude.
