Job summary

Wingstop in Villa Rica, GA seeks an experienced General Manager to partner with the District Manager to oversee daily store operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and lead both front- and back-of-house teams.

The ideal candidate brings restaurant leadership experience and a passion for growing the business, with a proven track record in recruiting, coaching, scheduling, inventory control, and maintaining safety and sanitation standards. Weekend and night shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of previous food service, retail or restaurant supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, orient, train, assign and schedule team members with District Manager support.
• Coach, counsel and discipline staff in partnership with District Manager and HR.
• Set expectations, monitor performance and review compensation actions.
• Communicate with District Manager about operational and HR issues in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular restaurant inspections to ensure standards.
• Track inventory and maintain accurate records.
• Resolve food prep issues and handle customer service issues gracefully.
• Maintain sanitation, safety, and security standards.
