Job summary

RPM Pizza in Baton Rouge seeks an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, ensure excellent service, and support the General Manager in daily operations. You will role-model policy adherence and complete required RPM and Pizza College training.

Expect hands-on leadership in a fast-paced, customer-focused store with opportunities to grow through RPM Pizza College and leadership development programs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older, 21 to drive.
• Complete RPM training (e.g., Freshman class).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Food safety certification as required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Uphold RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to meet performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
