Job summary

RPM Pizza in Baton Rouge, LA seeks an Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations and shifts while delivering exceptional customer service. The role supports the General Manager and upholds Domino’s and RPM brand standards through required training, scheduling support, and staff development.

The candidate will manage time-sensitive tasks, ensure safety and sanitation, and drive initiatives to meet store goals, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old; 21+ to drive.
• Successful completion of RPM training (e.g., Freshman class).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Uphold RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Operate all store equipment, including ovens and food preparation tools.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Maintain a positive, fun, and engaging environment for Customers and Team Members.
• Support inventory, ordering, and organizational processes.
• Implement marketing and operational initiatives.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals.
• Work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
