Job summary

RPM Pizza in Louisiana is seeking a Part-time Assistant Manager to lead shifts, deliver excellent customer service, and support store goals. You will train and coach Team Members, uphold brand standards, and ensure safety, quality, and cleanliness across the store.

The role requires 18+ (21+ to drive where applicable) and completion of RPM training, with opportunities for leadership development through RPM Pizza College. Schedule may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old; 21+ to drive where applicable.
• Completion of RPM training (e.g., Freshman class).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Uphold RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Lead shifts in high-volume environment to meet service and quality goals.
• Train and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with ownership.
• Operate store equipment and manage time effectively.
