Job summary

Braum's in Coweta, OK is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily restaurant operations and drive guest satisfaction. This role reports to the Assistant Manager and requires at least 1 year of retail or food-service supervision and a 21+ age requirement.

Responsibilities include coaching crew, ensuring food quality, inventory oversight, safety and cleanliness, and adherence to Braum's policies while maximizing sales and team engagement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have valid Driver's License.
• Retail or food-service supervision experience preferred.
• Has a valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
• Communicates clearly with leaders and staff.
• Follows up, disciplines when needed, and drives tasks to completion.
• Shows initiative to act and achieve goals on shift.
• Is organized, detail oriented and follows procedures.
• Retail experience in a fast-paced store setting.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.
