Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills with strong analytical/decision-making abilities.
• Able to walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and stand for 80% of shift.

Responsibilities

• Shift Leaders must support the RGM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner.
• Take ownership to solve problems and guide others when needed.
• Be proactive in helping and mentoring team members during shifts.
