Pilotcompany is seeking an Operations Support Supervisor to back the restaurant management team. The role supervises restaurant activities during non-peak hours and supports the management in executing shifts, monitoring cash handling, SOS goals, and adherence to Brand and PTC standards.

You will train and direct team members, enforce dress code and safety policies, monitor labor and break policies, and help ensure products are fresh and operations run smoothly.
