Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking an energetic supervisor to support restaurant management during non-peak hours in our U.S. locations. You will help execute shift plans, monitor SOS goals, and ensure adherence to Brand standards and cash handling procedures.

You will train team members, supervise hourly staff, and maintain safe, clean working conditions while supporting management decisions and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising restaurant shifts and staff.
• Upholds Brand and hospitality standards.
• Able to follow shift plans and training.

Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant activities during non-peak hours.
• Maintain operational standards and follow cash handling policies.
• Coordinate with management to execute shift plan.
• Provide direction to team members during shift.
• Monitor food prep, SOS goals, and dress code.
• Assist with training and cross-training of team members.
• Adhere to Brand and PTC processes and policies.
• Monitor register procedures and cash handling policies.
• Maintain safe working conditions and security policies.
• Handle requests to improve service quality.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
