Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to support the RGM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner. Take ownership and solve problems; be willing to provide help and guidance to others.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Able to walk and lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for 80% of shift.
• Background checks are run on all management employees.
• Must have reliable transportation.
