Job summary

PepperJax Grill in Grand Island is seeking a Shift Leader to move from strong team member to a strong leader. You’ll continue serving guests, preparing great food, and ensuring restaurant readiness while taking on responsibilities for leading people and running shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be dependable and follow through on tasks.

Responsibilities

• Help lead Crew Members during assigned shifts.
• Work alongside the team and jump into service wherever you're needed.
• Set the pace for hospitality, urgency, teamwork, and execution.
• Support the training and development of Crew Members.
• Help maintain PepperJax standards for food quality, safety, cleanliness, and readiness.
• Keep the team organized and focused when busy.
• Resolve guest concerns and ensure a positive experience.
• Communicate problems, staffing needs, and opportunities to management.
• Hold yourself and teammates accountable to expectations.
• Open, operate, and close the restaurant according to PepperJax standards.
