PepperJax Grill in Kansas is hiring a Shift Manager to lead front-of-house and kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment. You will greet customers, supervise cooks, ensure quality and safety, and help deliver great, friendly service with an awesome attitude.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership and kitchen experience preferred.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders, grill food, assemble meals and process payments efficiently and accurately.
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining room, kitchen and restrooms.
• Show up to scheduled shifts on time and supervise team members.
