PepperJax Grill in Topeka is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure excellent guest service. You will oversee food preparation, safety practices, and shift execution to maintain fast, accurate service in a bustling restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership and kitchen experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders, grill food, assemble meals and process payments efficiently and accurately.
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food.
• Shift manager duties and exhibit strong leadership skills.
• Show up to scheduled shifts on time and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Clean dining room, kitchen area, front/behind counter, restrooms and entry/exit locations.
