RaceTrac is seeking a Shift Manager to lead and develop a fast-paced team, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive store operations on a daily shift. You will coach teammates, manage cash handling, and uphold food safety and cleanliness standards to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

You will work in a high-energy retail setting, requiring strong communication and leadership skills, with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (in progress or completed).
• 2–3 years of work experience (retail, restaurant or food service preferred).
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead a winning team on your shift, setting the tone with a cheerful, can-do attitude.
• Coach team members in real-time, providing guidance and support during every shift.
• Train and guide the team to meet guest service, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee store processes, inventory, and cash handling while maintaining a safe, clean store environment.
