Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group in Oneida, NY is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Restaurant General Manager by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner, taking ownership, solving problems, and guiding teammates to deliver fast, friendly service every time.

Qualified candidates have 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L awareness, basic math and computer literacy, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand most of the shift.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail, with P&L responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills with analytical ability.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 80% of shift.

Responsibilities

• Run great shifts in a self-sufficient manner to support the RGM.
• Take ownership to solve problems and make decisions.
