Job summary

KFC in Haltom City, TX is seeking a Shift Leader to drive the team, manage shifts, coach members, resolve customer concerns, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with the management team on business initiatives, train staff, ensure food safety and quality, manage cash and inventory, and maintain health and safety compliance. This role offers competitive pay and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory and labor policies.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.
• Physical dexterity to move up to 50 lbs.
• Attendance and punctuality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Execute KFC Connect Success Routine to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee Team Members and maintain clean appearance.
• Ensure food safety, quality and order accuracy.
• Provide feedback to RGM on performance.
• Train Team Members and participate in training.
• Screen Team Member candidates with the RGM.
• Assist with cash control, inventory and labor management.
• Oversee product preparation, rotation, and holding times.
• Assist RGM with facility maintenance and health and safety standards.
