Einstein Bros Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader to partner with the General Manager to drive a great guest experience and lead a team. You will set morale, coach staff, and oversee opening and closing duties with minimal supervision.

The role offers a flexible schedule, opportunities for advancement, and a focus on work-life balance with no late shifts where applicable. Prior ServSafe certification and eligibility for driver’s license at certain locations are noted.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Pass background check as applicable.
• ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Driver's license preferred at some locations; required where specified.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with General Manager to motivate the team and ensure a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean store environment and uphold quality of food and beverages.
