Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels is hiring a Shift Leader to partner with the General Manager to drive guest satisfaction and team performance in a fast-paced bakery-cafe. You will guide daily operations, coach teammates, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.

You'll work with a team focused on quality, safety, and efficiency, while enjoying a flexible schedule and opportunities for career growth. The brand emphasizes work-life balance and customer experience.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be 18 years or older.
Able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver's license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy.
Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver guest experiences.
Provide feedback and coaching to team members.
Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
Maintain quality of food and beverages and a safe, clean environment.
