Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in a leadership role or trained to take on Shift Leader duties.
• Maintain flexible availability to cover shifts as business needs change.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy, engagement, and excellence to meet brand standards.
• Direct team to execute on-shift objectives and tasks on time.
• Optimize sales while managing waste and maintaining a clean, inviting environment.
• Communicate deployment and roles clearly to keep the shift moving.
• Coach and train team members on responsibilities, products, and promotions.
• Oversee bank deposits, inventory, and product orders with integrity.
• Own the shift, ensure SOPs, store safety, and guest satisfaction.
