Job summary

Dunkin' franchise is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis and support the management team with coaching to ensure tasks are performed effectively.

Ideal candidates have guest service skills, strong time management and attention to detail, and 18+ years old. Prior experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality is preferred; franchisee is your employer.
