Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels is hiring a Shift Leader in Albuquerque, NM. You will collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and ensure a top guest experience, while opening/closing shifts and coaching teammates.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, 18+, ServSafe certification before leadership training, and the ability to work varied hours. Driver’s license preferred, and background checks may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours and weekends
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable
• Must possess, or be able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training
• Possession of a current, valid driver’s license (preferred but location dependent)
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations
• Additional benefits eligibility subject to position guidelines at time of hire

Responsibilities

• Shift Leaders collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team for a great guest experience
• Provide feedback and coach team members
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision
• Maintain quality of food and beverages and keep a safe, clean store environment
