Job summary

Brewing Brand, a Dunkin' franchisee, is hiring a Shift Leader to guide our crew during fast-paced shifts and uphold brand standards. You will oversee daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and help train team members while managing shift priorities and targets.

The role emphasizes leadership development, flexible scheduling, and earning potential through credit card tips, with opportunities to grow within a dynamic restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals and execution.
• Ensure Brand standards are met throughout shift including preparation of food and beverages.
• Coach restaurant team members and provide timely feedback.
• Schedule restaurant team members for shifts.
• Manage cash over/short during shift and ensure policy compliance.
