Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• 18 years or older and able to work flexible hours.
• Basic math and reading skills; strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take accurate orders.
• Prepare and package food and drinks according to standards.
• Operate cash registers, process payments, and provide change.
• Maintain cleanliness of front and back of house and restrooms.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Promote new menu items and provide recommendations.
• Open and close tasks; manage shifts to ensure fairness.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
• Report safety concerns and issues to management and HR.
• Conduct daily food safety and prep audits.
