Job summary

ANCHOR POINT MANAGEMENT GROUP is hiring for a Shift Leader in Lynnwood, WA. This hourly role covers operating hours, guides guest service, and ensures cleanliness, safety, and quality across shifts.

You will train staff, handle customer needs, and model strong performance while maintaining standard procedures and fast service. The position requires 18+ and a flexible schedule in a busy restaurant setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Strong communication (oral and written).
• Good hygiene and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders accurately.
• Prepare and package food and drinks per standards.
• Operate cash registers, process payments, and give change.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all areas.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with food safety policies.
• Promote new menu items and provide recommendations.
• Assist with opening/closing tasks.
• Manage shifts to ensure fair treatment and legal compliance.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members.
• Report safety concerns to manager/HR.
