Job summary

The position involves hands-on operations, coaching team members, and assisting with opening/closing tasks when necessary. Candidates must be 18+, legally eligible to work in the U.S., with at least 6 months of supervisory experience and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Strong hygiene and reliable transportation.
• Good written and spoken communication required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders accurately.
• Prepare and package food and drinks per standards.
• Operate cash registers, process payments and make change.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant including back of house, lobby, and restrooms.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Promote new menu items and provide recommendations.
