RaceTrac is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager in Frisco, TX, to lead a fast-paced store team and deliver exceptional guest service. You’ll drive daily operations, coaching teammates and ensuring food safety, inventory control, and promotional execution.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in retail or food service with 1+ year in a supervisory role, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This role offers growth opportunities across RaceTrac’s divisions.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service preferred.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others to do the same.

Responsibilities

• Set the tone with a cheerful, can-do attitude that motivates your team.
• Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real-time, offering guidance and support during every shift.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating when necessary.
• Train and guide your team to meet guest service, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee shift change communication and ensure team alignment throughout the day.
