• Adheres to guidelines, techniques and expectations for each station including dough management, accuracy and proper portioning; makes quality products and follows procedures.
• Exemplifies core values, maintains a positive attitude, and works well with others.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage, provides feedback, maintains product quality and customer service within standards.
• Contribute to profit goals by using the FOCUS System, manage cash and inventory to minimize loss.
