Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader in Odessa, FL. You will collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team, coach staff, and ensure a top-notch guest experience.

You will open and close the store with minimal supervision, uphold safety and cleanliness, and help drive great service. This role offers growth opportunities toward store leadership and management careers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Must pass background check as applicable.
• ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Valid driver’s license preferred or required at some locations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Provide feedback and coach team members when needed.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
