Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a proactive Shift Leader in Arvada, CO. You will work with the General Manager to motivate the crew, set team morale, coach staff, and ensure a clean, safe store. You’ll help deliver a top guest experience and open/close with minimal supervision, with potential career growth toward General Manager.

The role supports flexible scheduling, a competitive hourly rate, and opportunities for advancement within Bagel Brands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Possession of, or ability to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (preferred or required at some locations).
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience.
• Provide feedback and coach team members when needed.
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Maintain quality of food and beverages and keep a safe, clean store environment.
• Opportunity to grow from Shift Leader to General Manager.
