Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Colorado Springs is seeking a Shift Leader to guide frontline teams and ensure a warm guest experience. You will collaborate with the General Manager to motivate staff, coach team members, and oversee opening and closing duties with minimal supervision.

You will help maintain food and beverage quality, safety, and cleanliness, while supporting career growth. The role features early hours with no evenings, and opportunities for advancement within Bagel Brands.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be 18 years or older.
Must be able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
Must possess, or be able to acquire, ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
Possession of a current, valid state issued driver’s license (preferred but not always required).

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
Empower Shift Leaders to take charge and set the morale and tone of the team.
Provide feedback and coach team members when needed.
Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
Ensure food and beverage quality and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
